There will be several trips throughout the year.

For each trip a permission slip will be sent home.

The permission slip will state the date of the trip, the cost, and when both are due.

The slip must be signed and money money due must be sent together by the due date indicated or your child may not be able to attend the trip.

 

If your child cannot attend the trip, please send the notice back indicating this.

Additionally, if you wish to attend the trip, please let me know on the permission slip. Chaperone's will be randomly selected and will be notified at least one week prior to the trip.
